Privacy Policy for XO HQ Android Applications

Publisher: Standard Code Labs LLC
Effective date: 2026-07-12 · Contact: android@xo-hq.com

Scope of this policy

This policy explains the shared privacy principles for Android applications published by Standard Code Labs LLC under XO HQ Android. Each application also has an app-specific privacy policy that describes its exact data access, permissions, purposes, sharing, security, retention, and deletion practices. If this policy and an app-specific policy differ, the app-specific policy controls for that application.

Current application

Storage Cleaner

Android package: com.xo.appcleaner

Storage Cleaner processes app usage evidence, cache-size snapshots, and storage figures locally on your device. Its specific policy states that it has no Internet permission and does not transmit that app data off-device, sell it, or share it with third parties.

Data access, collection, and use

An XO HQ Android app accesses or processes data only for the features explained in that app and its app-specific policy. That policy identifies the data involved, why it is needed, whether it remains on the device or is transmitted, and how it is handled. We do not sell personal information processed through XO HQ Android applications.

Android permissions and your controls

Permissions vary by application and feature. An app-specific policy explains each permission or special access it uses, why it is needed, and what happens if you decline it. You can review or revoke permissions through Android settings. Some features may become unavailable when their required access is not granted.

Sharing and service providers

If an application transmits data to a service provider or another third party, its app-specific policy identifies the data, purpose, and recipient. Storage Cleaner does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or other third-party network SDKs and does not transmit app data off-device.

Retention and deletion

Retention and deletion controls are described in each app-specific policy. Locally stored app data can be removed using the controls documented for that app or by uninstalling it, subject to any exceptions the app-specific policy explains. Storage Cleaner's policy describes its bounded scan history, in-app deletion control, uninstall behavior, and backup exclusion.

Security

We use data minimization, Android platform protections, limited permissions, and app-specific technical safeguards appropriate to each application's behavior. No security method is perfect, so each app's policy explains the safeguards and remaining limits relevant to that app.

Support and privacy messages

If you email us, your message and any information you choose to include are transmitted by your email service, not by an XO HQ Android application. We use that information to answer your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and record-keeping purposes. We delete it when it is no longer needed, and you may request deletion through the privacy contact below, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.

Policy changes

We publish material policy changes with the application update that changes the relevant behavior. The effective date above identifies the current publisher-level revision, and each app-specific policy carries its own effective date.
